1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin, sliced into 1/2" slices
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon Chinese Five-Spice powder
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions:
Make sauce by mixing broth, lemon juice, cornstarch, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and five-spice powder in medium bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over med-high heat.
Add pork and pan fry until no longer pink in the middle (3-5 min per side).
Remove from skillet and cover with foil to keep warm.
Add sauce ingredients to pan used for pork and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil. Continue cooking until sauce is slightly thickened (1-3 min).
To serve, pour sauce over pork and sprinkle with green onions.
