Delicious adult-version of a classic childhood treat! If you don't have a kitchen torch, just leave the marshmallow un-browned.

Ingredients: Crust:
4 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs (1-13.5oz box)
1 cup butter, melted (2 sticks)
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
Filling:
6 large egg yolks
1 cup, plus 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar, sifted
1 1/2 Tablespoons Cognac or brandy
1 1/2 Tablespoons white creme de cacao
1 1/2 Tablespoons Kahlua
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
1 1/2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
9 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 cup, plus 2 Tablespoons heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
Topping:
6 large egg whites
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups marshmallow Fluff
Instructions: Make Crust:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter and sugar until combined.
Press into the bottom of a 9x13" baking pan.
Bake 10 minutes, or until crust starts to brown.
Let cool.
Make Filling:
Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar in a large bowl until well combined.
Beat in the alcohols, vanilla and salt.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat and whisk in the cocoa powder until smooth.
Remove from heat and add the chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Let cool slightly, then beat into the egg mixture.
Fold the softly beaten heavy cream into the chocolate mixture and spoon evenly over the crust.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight)
Make Meringue when ready to serve:
Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until foamy.
Add salt and cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form.
Add vanilla and beat until combined.
Add the marshmallow fluff to the egg whites a little at a time until stiff peaks form.
Serve:
Cut dessert into 15 squares.
Serve on a plate, topped with a large dollop of meringue.
Using a kitchen torch, carefully toast the meringue until browned.
Serve immediately
