1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 Tablespoon water
2 cups fresh spinach
2 medium Roma tomatoes
Instructions:
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add heavy cream and cornstarch/water mixture and whisk until combined.
Add spinach and tomato and simmer until spinach is wilted and sauce is hot and has thickened.
