This versatile butter can be used to spice up almost anything!! Some ideas:
Add to pasta's, rice, couscous, quinoa, etc
Add to cooked veggies
Add a dollop on top of cooked meat (steak, chicken, pork chops)
Spread on bread, rolls, biscuits, croissants
Add to soups

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1 Tablespoon hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot is a good choice)
1/4 cup finely chopped pepperoncini (pat dry before adding)
1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
1/2 Tablespoon dried chili flakes
1/2 Tablespoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Instructions:
Fold all ingredients together and mix well.
Chill for at least an hour to let flavors meld.
They can also be frozen by rolling the butter into a cylinder shape in wax paper. Put in a zip lock bag and freeze. When ready to use, just slice off the amount you need!
