Apple-Orange Smoothie (GF)

Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1 apple, cored but leave peel on
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1/3 cup Honey or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
