2 Tablespoons sunflower seeds
1/2 cup canola oil
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Mix all dressing ingredients together in a small bowl, whisk well (until sugar is dissolved), and set aside.
Add all salad ingredients together and toss to combine.
