3 Tablespoons slivered almonds (toasted, if desired, but not necessary)
2 Tablespoons sunflower seeds
Asian Dressing:
1/2 cup canola oil
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Add all salad ingredients together and toss to combine.
