Avocado Sauce

Great on taco's fajitas, tostadas, etc!

DIETS: LC GF KT VG VT
Makes about 2 cups (8 - 1/4cup servings)
Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients: 
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 large limes, zest & juice
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions: 
  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and fully combined.  
  • Add more water if it's too thick.
