Bacon Fettuccine

Servings: 4
Time: 35 Minutes

Ingredients: 
  • 1 package bacon, cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 8 mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 1 lb fettucine uncooked
  • 1 package (8oz) cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 small tomato

Instructions: 
  • Cook bacon until crisp, add mushrooms and onions.  Cook and stir 4 minutes, set aside
  • Meanwhile, cook fettuccine as directed on package in large saucepan; drain.
  • Add cream cheese, milk, tomato and seasonings to bacon mixture. Cook and stir on medium heat until cream cheese melts.
  • Top fettuccine with sauce and serve.
