1 (8 pound) fully cooked, boneless honey ham (not presliced)
1 cup cherry coke
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices in pineapple juice
10 maraschino cherries
toothpicks
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 275F.
Place ham in a 9x13" pan.
Pour soda over the entire ham.
In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar & allspice and rub mixture on ham.
Attach the pineapple slices to the outside of the ham with toothpicks.
Attach 1 cherry in the center of each pineapple ring with a toothpick.
Tent with aluminum foil (try not to puncture with toothpicks), securing tightly around the edges of the pan.
Bake for 4-5 hours or until 160 degrees in the center.
Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
Serve warm (drizzled with baking juices if desired).
