Mix salt, rosemary, olive oil, and pepper in small bowl, and season/rub into both sides of chicken breasts.
Reduce heat to medium and cook chicken until cooked through, 3-4 minutes per side.
When chicken is done, add the vinegar and cook for a minute more, turning chicken to glaze it.
Serve immediately.
