Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Serves 2

Ingredients: 
  • 2 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions: 
  • Heat a medium nonstick pan over medium-high heat.  
  • Mix salt, rosemary,  olive oil, and pepper in small bowl, and season/rub into both sides of chicken breasts.
  • Reduce heat to medium and cook chicken until cooked through, 3-4 minutes per side.
  • When chicken is done, add the vinegar and cook for a minute more, turning chicken to glaze it. 
  • Serve immediately.
