1 Tablespoon minced shallot, onion or green onion, if desired
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
Pat the fish dry and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Cook fish for 4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Meanwhile, add butter & shallots/onion/green onion to a small saucepan. Brown the butter over med heat for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the balsamic vinegar and simmer for 1-2 minutes to reduce by half.
Pour the brown butter sauce over the fish and serve immediately.
