Balsamic Pear Salad

Serves 4
Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
  • 6 cups salad greens
  • 2 ripe pears, diced
  • 3/4 cup Gorgonzola or goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic reduction
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • Salt/pepper, to taste

Instructions: 
  • Add greens, pears and cheese to a large salad bowl.
  • Combine oil, balsamic, mustard, seasoned salt and a little salt/pepper to a small bowl and whisk until combined.
  • Toss greens with dressing, top with nuts and serve immediately.
