Banana-Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or honey greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2" slice of fresh ginger
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
