BananaSauce Smoothie (V, GF)

Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed - about 1/2 of lemon)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
