Basic Fruit Smoothie

DIETS: LC GF VG VT
Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup liquid (almond milk, milk, juice or combination)
  • 1 cup frozen fruit 
  • 1 Tablespoon protein powder
  • Fresh juice from 1/2 a lemon

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.

Nutrition Info Per Serving: 
Approximately 200 calories, depending on ingredient choices.
