1 cup chopped green onions, 2 Tablespoons of the green tops reserved
3/4 cup dairy sour cream
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350F. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp; drain. Set aside. In large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except reserved green onion tops; mix well. Pour into ungreased 9 Inch square baking dish or 2 quart casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350F for 25 min. Sprinkle with cooked bacon and reserved green onion tops; bake an additional 10-15min or until thoroughly heated.
