1-15oz can condensed tomato soup (vegan if desired)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup yellow mustard
2 Tablespoons ketchup
4 Hamburger buns
Sliced pickles for topping
Instructions:
To a medium saucepan add lentils and water.
Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes or until soft.
Drain and return to saucepan.
Add tomato soup, brown sugar, mustard and ketchup and mix well. Simmer on medium-low for 5-10 minutes or until desired thickness.
Divide mixture evenly among 4 buns, top with pickles and serve!
