"Beef" Broth (V, GF)

Makes 4 cups

Ingredients: 
  • 3 Tablespoons vegan soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 teaspoons vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups water

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to medium saucepan and whisk to combine.  
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
