Blooming Onion or Potato Sauce

A great versatile dipping or drizzling sauce reminiscent of a blooming onion sauce.  Great drizzled on potatoes as well!
DIETS: GF KT VT
Serves 4 (makes about 1 cup)
Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon horseradish
  • 1/2-1 Tablespoon white vinegar (depending on how tangy you like it)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients together in a small bowl and mix until smooth.
  • *Can add a little water to make it more of a drizzling sauce.
