Ingredients:
8 ounces elbow macaroni (uncooked)
6 slices bacon
3 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
3 cups shredded lettuce
Dressing:
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. When done cooking rinse with cold water until cooled through.
Cook and crumble bacon.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
Combine macaroni, bacon, tomatoes & lettuce in a large bowl and mix well.
Fold in the dressing and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
