BLT Salad

DIETS: LC GF KT
Serves 1 (as a meal)
From: 21-Day Yoga Body

Ingredients: 
  • 2 cups salad greens
  • 1 cup chopped ripe tomato
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, chopped
  • 1/4 onion, sliced paper-thin
  • 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • Sea salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 strip of bacon, cooked, cooled & crumbled
  • 1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds (if desired)

Instructions: 
  • In a salad bowl, mix all ingredients.
  • Toss the salad to coat with dressing, and season with salt/pepper to taste.
