Brain Smoothie

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup seedless red grapes
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon dried or fresh ginkgo leaves
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried skullcap
  • 1 teaspoon lecithin

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
