Make gravy by melting butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Add broth, cream, and parmesan and cook until it thickens (about 10 minutes). Season with salt & pepper and keep warm while eggs are prepared.

Add peppers and onion and saute until tender (about 5 min).
Add remaining egg ingredients and mix well. Cook over medium heat until eggs are set and everything is warmed through (about 5 min).
Drizzle eggs with Garlic gravy and serve immediately.
