1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, stems removed and chopped
6 large eggs, beaten
2 Tablespoons heavy cream
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
In medium bowl whisk eggs, cream, and seasonings and set aside.
Melt butter over med-high heat in large oven-proof skillet or cast iron pan. Brown chicken sausage.
Add spinach and cook for a few minutes until wilted.
Pour in egg mixture and mix together. Transfer to oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until eggs are cooked through in the middle.
Serve immediately or let cook and store in fridge for up to 4 days.
