Ingredients:
8 slices white cottage bread, cubed
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 (9oz) pkg Frozen cut broccoli, thawed & drained
1 (2oz) jar sliced pimiento, drained
8 eggs
3 cups whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
Grease 13x9 inch baking dish.
Layer bread, cheese, broccoli and pimiento in greased baking dish.
In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and onion powder; blend well.
Pour egg mixture evenly over broccoli mixture. Cover; refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
Heat oven to 325. Uncover; bake at 325 for 55-70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
