Broccoli Slaw

DIETS: LC GF KT
Servings: 6 (as a side)

​Ingredients: 
  • 1 16oz bag Broccoli Cole Slaw
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • Dressing:
    • 2/3 cup mayo
    • 3 Tablespoons sugar
    • 1 1/2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
    • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions: 
  • Mix all dressing ingredients together in a small bowl, whisk well (until sugar is dissolved), and set aside.
  • Add all salad ingredients together and toss to combine.  
  • Drizzle salad with dressing and toss well to coat.
