Heat oven to 350F. Cook manicotti noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with hot water. Pat dry.
Steam or boil broccoli (according to package instructions) until crisp-tender. Drain.
In medium bowl, combine ricotta, broccoli, 1/4 cup Parmesan, onion, salt and pepper; mix well.
Fill each cooked manicotti noodle with 1-2 Tablespoons filling mixture.
Place in ungreased 12x8" (2qt) baking dish.
In small bowl, combine spaghetti sauce, basil and garlic; mix well. Spoon sauce over filled noodles; cover. Bake at 350 for 30-40min until thoroughly heated.
Sprinkle with 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese; let stand uncovered 2 min.
