Mix mayo, buttermilk and celery in a bowl, season with salt & pepper and set aside (this is the "slaw").
In nonstick skillet, cook tortillas over high until charred in spots and warm.
In another bowl, microwave chicken, hot sauce and butter on high until warm - about 2 minutes. (If nuking meat skeeves you out, just put all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat on medium heat until warmed - add a little water or broth if it gets too dry).
Assemble tacos by adding chicken mixture to the tortillas, top with slaw mixture and blue cheese crumbles. Serve immediately.
