Buffalo Wing Dip

DIETS: GF KT
Serves 4-6

Ingredients: 
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 fresh jalapeno chile pepper, seeded and minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons blue cheese salad dressing
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
  • For dipping: Celery stalks, tortilla chips, Doritos, etc

Instructions: 
  • Finely chop celery and jalapeno.
  • Place in medium saucepan and add remaining ingredients.
  • Heat on medium heat until melted, warm and thoroughly mixed.
  • Serve with Celery stalks, tortilla chips, Doritos, etc.
