Remove stem from cauliflower and cut into bite-sized florets.
Put 2 inches of water in a large pot, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Add the cauliflower, reduce heat to low, and cover. Steam the cauliflower for 10 minutes.
Drain the cauliflower and let cool for 15 minutes.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowls. Add cooled cauliflower and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until chilled. Serve cold.
