Cheddar Cheese Ball

Serves 8

Ingredients: 
  • 4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/3 cup chopped dried beef
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
  • Crackers

Instructions: 
  • Combine cheeses, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and onion powder.
  • Shape into a ball; roll in dried beef and then in parsley.
  • Refrigerate. Serve with crackers of choice.
