In medium bowl combine flour, brown sugar and butter. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is crumbly (2-3min).
Stir in nuts by hand and reserve 1 cup of mixture for topping.
Press remaining mixture on bottom of 8" square baking pan. Bake for 8-10 min or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, in another medium bowl combine all filling ingredients. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (4-5min).
Pour topping mixture over hot crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Continue baking for 23-30 min or until golden brown.
Cool: cut into bars. Store refrigerated.
