Chipotle Mayo

Makes 1 cup
Great on burgers, tacos, or a dip for chips or potato wedges!

Ingredients: 
  • 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions: 
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  • Keep refrigerated
