Chocolate Covered Rice Crispy Bars

Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients: 
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 16 ounces marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 12-oz bag chocolate chips
  • 1 12-oz bag butterscotch chips

Instructions: 
  • Melt butter in large pan over LOW heat.
  • Melt in marshmallows until almost smooth (take off heat when there are still a few lumps left and melt remaining by stirring).
  • Add vanilla.
  • Add cereal and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Press flat with greased hands.
  • Melt chips over LOW heat (4) and spread over bars.
