Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bomb

Serves: 12
Time: 1 hour, 10 minutes

Ingredients: 
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 Tablespoons superfine almond flour
  • 2 Tablespoons monk fruit powdered sweetener
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions: 
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter with a mixer until combined.
  • Add remaining ingredients except cocoa powder and mix until fully combined.
  • Place in refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
  • Roll the dough into 12 balls. Roll in cocoa powder.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
