Scientific Name:  Cinnamomum Zeylanicum
Parts Used:  Inner bark, twigs, essential oil​

Cautions:
  • Avoid high doses if pregnant​
  • Oil can irritate skin.

Healing Properties
  • Good for skin disorders, ulcers, chills, rheumatic pains
  • ​Lowers blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes
  • Reduces triglycerides levels
