Classic Margarita

DIETS: LC GF VG VT
By "classic", I mean not for your fruity foo-foo friends.  This is for people who actually want to taste the tequila! 

Single Serving:
Ingredients: 
  • 1 1/2 ounces Tequila (top shelf, 100% aged agave Tequila)
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce lime juice (freshly squeezed - this is important!)
  • Dash of agave syrup (to taste)
  • Garnish with a lime wedge!
 
Instructions: 
  • Fill shaker with ice.  Add all ingredients and shake/mix well. 
  • Strain into glass (over ice) and garnish with lime (if desired).
