Silky eggs, savory Parmesan, smoky bacon, delicate prosciutto, and fragrant onion come together to create an incredibly rich, comforting pasta that's packed with bold Italian-inspired flavor in every bite.

Ingredients
4 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch slices
3 ounces prosciutto, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup cream sherry
1/2 cup butter, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 pound spaghetti or other pasta
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
In a large skillet, saute bacon pieces until almost crisp.
Add prosciutto and brown slightly.
Remove bacon and prosciutto to a paper-towel lined plate (keeping the grease in the pan).
Add the onions to the bacon grease in the skillet and saute until tender.
Return bacon and prosciutto to the skillet and add the sherry. Cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the butter pieces. Set aside and keep warm.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a separate small bowl, add the eggs, salt and pepper. Beat until fully combined.
When pasta is done cooking, drain and add to skillet with bacon, prosciutto and onion.
Pour the beaten egg mixture over the hot pasta and mix to combine. (the heat of the pasta will cook the eggs)
Garnish with Parmesan and serve immediately.
