Dandasana
  1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight in front of you. 
  2. Slowly inhale.
  3. Place your hands beside your hips (fingers facing forward) and push down while you flex your feet.
  4. Slowly exhale.
  5. Repeat 2-3 times
