Deviled Eggs

DIETS: LC GF KT VT
Makes 12 appetizers

Ingredients: 
  • 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled 
  • 1/3 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Garnishes (paprika, parsley, dill weed, etc)

Instructions: 
  • Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out yolks and mash with a fork. 
  • Stir in mayo, mustard, salt and pepper and mix until well combined and creamy. 
  • Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly.
  • Sprinkle with paprika, parsley, or dill weed.
  • Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
