Easy Garlic Shrimp (GF)

Serves 4


Ingredients: 
  • 1 lb large shrimp, shelled & deveined
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions: 
  • Whisk together all ingredients (except shrimp).  
  • Add shrimp and mix well.  Let sit for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat a fry pan on medium heat and add shrimp mixture.  
  • Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, flip shrimp and cook an additional 3-4 minutes until done.
  • Serve immediately!
