Layer bread, cheese, bacon (or broccoli and pimiento) in greased baking dish.
In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and onion powder; blend well.
Pour egg mixture evenly over bacon mixture. Cover; refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
Heat oven to 325. Uncover; bake at 325 for 55-70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
