Ingredients:
1/2 pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
14 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cook bacon, let cool and then crumble.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, onion powder and garlic powder.
Fold in spinach and cheese and mix well.
Pour equally into a greased 12-cup muffin pan (Or use muffin liners).
Bake for 20-25 minutes (or until set in the center).
Serve warm or let cool and freeze for later!
