Coat fillets with milk, then dredge in flour. Salt & pepper, to taste.
Melt butter in large skillet over med-high heat.
Add fillets and sauté until browned on both sides and flaky.
Remove to a plate and sprinkle with toasted almonds. Pour any remaining butter in pan over fish and serve immediately.
