Fish Amandine

DIETS: LC KT
Makes 6 servings
Time: 15 Minutes


Ingredients: 
  • 2 lbs fish fillets, any kind
  • 1/2 cup milk or substitute (almond milk)
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup toasted almonds

Instructions: 
  • Coat fillets with milk, then dredge in flour.  Salt & pepper, to taste. 
  • Melt butter in large skillet over med-high heat.  
  • ​Add fillets and sauté until browned on both sides and flaky.
  • Remove to a plate and sprinkle with toasted almonds.  Pour any remaining butter in pan over fish and serve immediately.
