9 ounce package frozen broccoli, thawed (either small florets or try riced broccoli if you need to "hide" it)
Fillets:
1 pound fresh or frozen fish fillets (tilapia, sole or flounder work well). Season as desired, or buy pre-seasoned fillets (Parmesan crusted tilapia works well).
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Lightly grease a 12 x 8" baking pan.
Prepare stuffing according to package directions (using 1/4 cup butter).
Stir broccoli into stuffing and spoon evenly into greased baking pan.
Place fillets over stuffing mix and drizzle with 2 Tablespoons melted butter.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes or until fish is done and flakes easily with a fork.
