Toast the nuts by heating a small skillet to med-high heat. Add nuts and toast, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
Cook bacon in large skillet until crispy. Reserve grease in the skillet, remove bacon to drain on paper-toweled lined plate. When cooled, break into crumbles.
Pat fish dry and season with salt/pepper to taste. Then dredge in flour on both sides.
Heat the bacon drippings back to med heat and add fish and sauté on both sides until done (about 6 min per side).
Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt butter and add lemon juice and sage. Keep warm on low heat.
To serve, top fish with lemon-sage butter, then sprinkle with bacon.
