Meanwhile, simmer wine, 1 Tablespoon butter, and garlic in large skillet over medium-low heat until garlic is tender, about 4 minutes.
Add shrimp, salt, pepper and simmer, turning shrimp over halfway through, until pink and just cooked through (3-4 minutes).
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Mix noodles, shrimp mixture, 1 Tablespoon butter, bacon and parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly.
