Gin Pimm's Cup

DIETS: LC GF VG VT
Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1 ounce Pimm's No. 1 Cup
  • 1 ounce Gin
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 6 ounces 7 Up or Sprite
  • Desired garnishes (mint sprig, strawberries, blackberries, lemon, lime, etc)
 
Instructions: 
  • Wash fruit.
  • Fill a glass with ice and desired fruit garnishes.
  • Add Pimm's, gin and lemon juice.
  • Top with 7 Up or Sprite.
  • Stir to combine and add a mint sprig to the top.
