Green Smoothie (GF)

Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1/3-1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup packed spinach
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 an orange
  • 1/4" slice of ginger, peeled

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
